Localize and expand the Cities for Climate ProtectionTM (CCP) Campaign through Local Renewables and Cleaner Mobility.
- Expand the Water Campaign by adopting the SWIM Localization Framework and establishing the Water ecoBUDGET.
- Expand the adoption of Sustainability Management tools, notably:
- Disseminate and mainstream the ecoBUDGET to more local governments.
- Market the HEAT Software (Harmonized Emissions Analysis Tool) for climate and air.
- Kick-off Sustainable Procurement.
- Introduce the Triple Bottomline (TBL) as a politico-management reporting tool for
newly-elected local government officials.
- Translate Local Agenda/Local Action 21 by starting ICLEI’s track towards “Sustainable Communities and Cities”. This is catered for local governments that are ready to integrate the milestones from the different Campaigns, and harness the adoption of sustainability management tools for specialized local agendas (e.g., for eco-efficiency, resilience management, sustainable tourism, local employment agenda).
- Double ICLEI’s membership rate and maintain membership support for current Campaign participants.
